New York City thrives because of its immigrant communities, and we must do everything in our power to ensure that no family is left behind.
Too often, immigrant families face barriers to housing, healthcare, education, and legal protections—while living under constant fear of displacement or discrimination.
As your City Council member, I will fight to make sure every family, has the support and security they need to thrive.
✅ Keep NYC a True Sanctuary City – Strengthen protections against ICE and protect our children and their families from fear.
✅ Expand Legal Aid & Tenant Protections – Defend immigrant families from unjust evictions, wage theft, and predatory landlords.
✅ Improve Language Access – Ensure schools, hospitals, and public services provide multilingual resources for all residents.
✅ Support Immigrant Workers – Protect against labor exploitation, wage theft, and unsafe working conditions.
✅ Invest in Immigrant Youth & Education – Guarantee that every child, no matter where they were born, has access to a quality education and the resources they need to succeed.
New York is strongest when every family—no matter their background—feels safe, valued, and supported. I will fight to ensure that no family is left behind.
A Smart, Fair, and Sustainable Housing & Public Safety Strategy for NYC
New York City is facing a housing crisis, rising costs, and a growing migrant population. Instead of throwing money at expensive, short-term fixes, we need a plan that actually works—for both longtime New Yorkers and new arrivals.
This plan will:

✅ Stop wasting money on overpriced, ineffective hotel shelters.
