Meet Youn

I grew up poor and hungry. Without Medicaid, I wouldn’t be here today. Those systems saved my life, and they can save others.

But here’s the truth: no matter how successful I’ve become, no amount of wealth can protect my son from a world where things are getting worse for everyone—where our climate, our healthcare, and our communities are being left behind. The future isn’t secure for the rich or the poor unless we make it so for everyone.

My parents are immigrants and I’ve seen firsthand the hardships they faced to give my family a better life. But we can’t just hope for a better future—we have to build it.

That’s why I’m running. We need a system that ensures prosperity for all—not just the few at the top.

Immigrants, communities of color, and working families deserve to live without fear of being left behind.

Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, healthy environment—no matter their family's income, skin color, or background—so they can pursue their dreams.
